Ms. Saiduakassova has diploma in Economy and Management. She has been a Deputy Head of Department of business and industrial-innovative development (akimat of East Kazakhstan region) since February 2010. Prior to joining the East Kazakhstan local executive body (akimat), Ms. Saiduakassova worked on the high positions of regional governmental organizations such as Department of the Agency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies in East Kazakhstan, akimat of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, Department of industry and business, etc.
