Mr. Kholov graduated from Tajik National University, Financial and Economic faculty in the Republic of Tajikistan. Mr. Kholov has been holding a position of the Deputy Minister of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan and supervises economic sector including issues of investment attractiveness. Moreover Mr. Kholov has been working in development of industry including mining sector since 2002 in Tajikistan.
